In our first collaboration with IWG, the Tiger House Films production team created a national commercial production for the McDonald’s Chicken Big Mac starring Randall Park and Hudson Yang. This series of national commercial spots brought together the former “Fresh Of The Boat” TV Series stars to promote the limited time Chicken Big Mac at McDonald’s nationwide.

Our Los Angeles commercial production team brought on director Matt Pollock to spearhead the creative on this comedic branded production. Matt’s previous credits include being a Cannes Award-winning director, as well as a four-time Webby, Telly, and Lovie winner. Matt spent his early days honing his craft as a director for CollegeHumor where he helped shape internet sketch comedy directing and editing over 500 sketches while simultaneously moving on to TV and Commercials.

Our national commercial production for the Chicken Big Mac was shot at the famed McDonald’s production center in the City of Industry, CA. Our production team had one prep day and one shoot day to capture all the content for several versions of the advertisement which also included several Asian languages in post and different aspect ratios. The production went smoothly and we were able to capture some hilarious content between the two stars, which turned out to be comedy gold, especially in the improvised takes.

Currently a version of the spot is visible on the big screen in Times Square, NY and online on the official McDonald’s Youtube channel. We are looking forward to future collaborations with IWG and McDonald’s and are very happy with our current successful national commercial production and collaboration.
